Praise is an important part of any saturday night at CE

In the Words of CS Lewis "The most valuable thing the Pslams do for me is to express that same delight in God which made David dance."   At CE worships is one of the most important aspect of any Saturday night and we are thankful to be blessed by having a group of talented musicans who lead us into Gods Presence every Saturday night.  But why do we Worship?

Well one of the main reasons is simple it is that we are commanded to through out the bible Consider Psalm 29:2  "Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness.".  Worship is much more than singing on A Saturday night at CE or on a Sunday morning at church.  Worship is something that every person does.  Wether we know it our not we all worship something in our Lives.  This does not mean that you Physically Bow down to it.  But it does mean that it takes up a considerable amount of time in your life.  Some people worship their Family,  some people worship Money,  So of us even worship celebraties or sports.  The main thing to consider is that every person on this planet worships something.

Another way to consider worship in a Christian Sense is that anything you put before God you Worship.  So here at CE we Seek to but God First on a saturday night, and we pray that you seek to put God First in your life.  

The Bible says in Philippians 2:9-11 "Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."  Our Pray is that you dont have to wait until "One Day" we Pray that your one day will be now.
